Mira, and the founder who writes these guides

In brief

Mira is an AI sales rep for Indian consumer brands whose buyers live on WhatsApp and Instagram. I am Shaun, and I build her. The guides on this site come from the same work she does every night: the stores she finds, the messages that get answered, and the replies that come back.

What Mira does

A founder tells her about the brand, the city and the kind of store that should carry it. That night she finds the cafés and stores that fit, reads each one, and drafts the first message in the founder's voice. When a store writes back, she carries the reply through to a quote and a proposal. She has been selling herself the same way since 1 August 2026, one café at a time.

Who writes the guides

I do. I worked Mira's first beats by hand before she ran them on her own, and each guide is a piece of that work written down: which message got an answer, what the store asked before it said yes, what the terms looked like on the first order. Where a number is not mine, the source is named at the end of the guide. Where I have no evidence, the guide says so rather than filling the gap.

I build software at Svift Studios, and Mira is the product I sell to founders like the ones I write for.

Where the numbers come from

Three places. Mira's own ledger, which records every store she researched and every message that went out. Public rules and prices, which are linked where they are used: FSSAI, GST, Meta's WhatsApp pricing, the legal metrology rules on MRP. And the founders who write to me after a walk-in. A figure that appears in a guide without a source is one I saw myself, and the guide says which.
